Sizing

Do double check the lengths of the bracelet or necklace you are ordering. The lengths are given on each piece and I suggest you either measure with a tape against an existing piece of jewellery or cut a piece of ribbon to the correct length to test it. With the rings, if you are unsure of your exact size, then please e-mail me and I will send you a card ring sizer so you can find it out.

I also suggest that when you get your jewellery you check how the clasps open and close a few times before trying the piece on. There is nothing worse than putting the piece on and then trying to work out how the clasp opens, especially on necklaces!

History of the jewellery

Please remember that these jewellery pieces have a history. They will, therefore, not be like buying brand new. Personally, I think they are so much nicer but I am probably biased.

Photographs

The photographs have been taken to give you as much close up detail as possible in order to help you. However, the combination of light, camera and then differing computer screen sizes can create slight changes in colour and size. We have tried our very best to be as close as possible to the reality of the naked eye.

Packaging

The jewellery will be wrapped in tissue paper and placed inside a cream ribbed envelope box and tied with pretty taffeta Coral & Cinnabar ribbon. Each box will also contain a very high quality cleansing cloth.

Payment

All orders are placed through PayPal using your credit card. Postage is added to your order (see Delivery). We do not accept cheques. We will send you a reply e-mail confirming your order. All prices are in £ sterling. We will only send your goods to the address that is your credit card billing address.

Delivery within the U.K.

Orders within the UK are sent by Royal Mail Signed For Service. A flat rate of £5 will be added to your order. Delivery will be Monday to Friday (except for public holidays). Please remember that the delivery will need to be signed for. If you are not there they will leave a card asking you to collect it within 7 days from your nearest Post Office depot. If the order has been processed and cleared by 1pm. then it will be delivered the next working day, (orders cleared on a Friday will be sent out on the following Monday). In some outlying parts of the UK delivery will take 1-2 days.

Returns within the U.K.

We hope you are thrilled with your purchase but if you are not happy with it then  please send an e-mail to info@coralandcinnabar.com within 14 days of receipt so we may begin processing your request for a refund. On receipt of your e-mail we will reply to you giving a Returns Number. This number is to be put on the Returns Form which you will find on the bottom of the order accompanying your jewellery, please fill this in before returning the item. The cost of postage is non-refundable and the jewellery must be in the condition it was sent out in, with numbered security tag intact and uncut, and be in its original packaging.

We cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages on their return. We recommend you also use Royal Mail Signed For Service for its safe return to us.

Delivery outside the U.K.

At the moment we are not proposing to offer delivery outside the U.K but if you are an overseas customer please contact us and we will endeavour to help.
