Payment & Credit Card Security

All orders are placed through PayPal and are as set out on the Ordering Information page. Your entry of credit card details is made on the PayPal website and not on Coral & Cinnabar. We do not store your credit card information on our site at any time.

Returns & Refunds

In addition to your statutory rights within the UK, the procedure for returns and refunds is to be followed as set out on the Ordering Information page. Refunds will only be made onto the credit card on which the purchase was made. The order is to be returned, within the stated time, with the Returns Form fully completed and the security tag uncut to:

Our Right to Cancel

Coral & Cinnabar reserves the right to cancel any order within 48 hours of placement.
You will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible and a full refund which includes the postage will be issued.

Prices

Coral & Cinnabar reserves the right at any time to revise the price of any Goods without prior notice.

At this time we do not intend to send Goods overseas, but in the event we do then Coral & Cinnabar cannot be held liable for any local import duties or taxes that are imposed on such overseas orders. The purchaser is responsible for such taxes and duties.

Availability

We will endeavour to keep the website as up to date as possible at all times, however, we cannot give an absolute guarantee about the availability of the jewellery as it appears on the website.
